Supplier labels such as:
- “SURTE Reviewed”
- “Preferred”
- “Featured”
- “Partner”
- “Sponsored”
reflect SURTE’s internal evaluation or commercial relationship only as of the date of review or listing.
These designations do not constitute:
- A certification;
- A warranty;
- A guarantee;
- Legal approval;
- Financial endorsement;
- Product authentication;
- Compliance verification.
SURTE does not guarantee:
- Supplier legitimacy;
- Product quality;
- Product authenticity;
- Manufacturing capabilities;
- Ethical compliance;

4. User Responsibility and Due Diligence
Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before engaging with any supplier or third-party provider.
